MWA uses Everything DiSC Management to provide a flexible program that can be tailored to fit the schdule of your busy team. The program will:

The Everything DiSC Management program aims to develop peoples’ management style, improve communication and increase engagement with the people around them. The program covers directing & delegating, motivation, developing others and working with your manager.

At MWA we believe that you cannot manage others successfully if you do not understand yourself, we use the Everything DiSC tool to give individuals and teams that understanding.
How it works
We will get a full understanding of your situation and discuss the program format and modules that best suit your needs. Once dates have been established the participants are sent a link to complete an online questionnaire that will produce their DiSC profile prior to the first workshop.
After each workshop the participants identify the areas they wish to work on and share with the group how they will do this. At the next session the group shares their
learning and provides each other feedback.
The base of the program is a half day introduction session that helps participants understand their management style and how to identify other’s styles.
With an understanding of themselves, the program then explores how to manage their own style when dealing with others covering 4 essential areas:
- Directing & delegating
- Developing others
- Working with your manager
The program is designed to fit it with your schedule and can be adapted to meet your needs.

We use two methods for collecting feedback from people who work with our coaching counterparts.
One on One Interviews
Done over the phone with complete confidentiality, nominated people are asked a few simple questions to help build an understanding of what a person’s strengths are and areas that if focused on would lift their performance as a leader.
Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders
An online survey of nominated poeple that provides constructive feedback and 3
personalised strategies for the person to improve their effectiveness as a leader.
